These charges are determined by your country’s import regulations and are not included in your order total at checkout. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide estimates for these fees or reimburse any customs-related charges.
If you're located in Canada, the U.S., or Mexico, we can provide a CUSMA form (Canada–United States–Mexico Agreement) upon request, which may help with duty exemptions—but this does not guarantee exemption.
If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned to us, a 20% restocking fee and return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

Yes. Due to the delicate nature of fine chains, we offer a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.
Within this one-year period, we will repair or replace the chain free of charge.
After one year, a shipping and handling fee will apply for any repairs or replacements.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons, especially for piercing jewelry and custom-made items.
