Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For customers located within the United States, we strongly recommend selecting the UPS Ground (Insured) shipping option. This method provides full insurance coverage for your order. In the event that your package is lost, stolen, damaged, or undelivered, we will be able to assist with a replacement or reimbursement in the form of store credit. Please note that cash refunds are not offered.

If you choose a non-insured shipping method, Niori Jewelry is not liable for lost, stolen, damaged, or undelivered packages and cannot offer replacements or refunds under these circumstances.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are outside of our control. In the event of a significant delay, we will not send any replacement orders until the shipping carrier has officially confirmed that the package is lost.

Shipment Processing Times

All orders are processed within 7 business days. Orders are not generally shipped or delivered on holidays. We ship out orders every Tuesday and Saturday.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Niori Jewelry is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be applied to your order. All import-related charges—including tariffs, VAT, and customs fees—are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local customs authority.

These fees may be charged during or after delivery, and we are unable to reimburse any duties, taxes, or customs charges paid upon receipt.

Damages

Niori Jewelry is not liable for any packages that are lost or damaged during transit if non-insured shipping was selected at checkout. If you selected an insured shipping option (such as UPS Ground Insured), please reach out to us directly—we will be happy to file a claim on your behalf with the shipping carrier. Claims must be submitted promptly after delivery issues are noticed.

Be sure to retain all original packaging and damaged items, as the carrier may require photos or return of the damaged contents in order to process the claim.
